Discover the life of a potter at Châtelet
According to history, many Scottish archers belonging to the Royal Guard of Charles VII settled in the central region. Among these archers, two families of potters, Talbot and Manigault, settled in the clay soils of Berry. Jean-Louis Manigault settled in a small hamlet in the commune of Le Châtelet.
