A Gallo-Roman villa, oratory and 12th-century church in the heart of the vanished village of Allichamps, the Prieuré site is one of the region’s major archaeological sites. Since Neolithic times, it has been a witness to our local and regional history throughout the history of France. Its architectural wealth makes it a “nugget” not to be missed.
